Job Summary:

Camillo Companies is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to build and lead the treasury function across its family of businesses, which includes a land developer (Academy Development), a homebuilder (Legend Homes), and a build-to-rent single-family operator (SimplyHome). This is a newly created in-house role with broad ownership of daily cash operations, liquidity planning, banking relationships, debt compliance, and intercompany funding across a combined portfolio of over $100M–$500M in cash activity.
The Treasury Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all banking and lender relationships, manage line of credit draw processes and assist in construction loan draws as needed, and develop scalable treasury infrastructure to support Camillo’s continued growth in Texas and expansion into new markets. This role sits within the Finance function and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer, partnering cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and the leadership teams across all business units.
The position will not have any direct reports, at least initially, but will receive support from analysts in the company’s Finance team.
