As the Treasury Manager, you will lead centralized treasury operations for a multi-rooftop automotive dealership group within a shared services environment. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide cash management, banking operations, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, and treasury controls across all dealership locations. The position also oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash operations to ensure effective liquidity management, financial control, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. 

As the Treasury Manager with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:

• Manage daily cash position and monitor rooftop cash flow
• Oversee intercompany funding
• Manage flooring and lender funding coordination
• Own bank relationships and manage ACH, wires, sweeps, and fraud controls
• Maintain treasury policies and approval workflows
• Oversee merchant services relationships
• Deliver executive cash reporting and analyze working capital trends
• Support acquisition and capital planning analysis
• Maintain segregation of duties and monitor fraud prevention tools
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 
• 5+ years of treasury, dealership, automotive finance, or multi-entity cash management experience. 
• Strong understanding of: 
  • Banking operations & Cash forecasting 
  • Automotive floorplan financing 
  • Dealership accounting processes & Internal controls 
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills. 
  • Experience managing multi-location or multi-entity treasury operations. 
• Automotive dealership group experience is highly preferred. 
• Familiarity with automation, APIs, data integrations, and financial workflow technologies.
