What Can You Expect
- The Treasury Assistant is responsible for supporting the organization’s treasury operations by ensuring efficient cash flow management, accurate banking transactions, and compliance with financial policies.
- Assist in monitoring daily cash positions, processing payments, reconciling bank accounts, and maintaining records to optimize liquidity and minimize financial risk.
- Work closely with the finance team to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making and supports treasury projects and reporting requirements.
- Pulls daily cash reports from multiple online banking platforms and distributes.
- Receives, verifies, and processes new ACH information and ACH change requests from vendors.
- Processes credit applications, gathers standard information, and obtains required signatures.
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, and knowledge of ERP systems and treasury management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with banks and internal teams.
