Job Summary

The Treasury and Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, and key accounting functions to ensure efficient financial processes and accurate reporting. This role supervises a small team, supports month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensures compliance with internal controls, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain strong financial discipline across the organization. The position reports directly to the Accounting Manager over Accounts Payable and also supports the Assistant Controller with various tasks related to Cash, General Ledger, and Intercompany Transactions. Responsibilities and Tasks

Lead a small team of AP professionals Process AP payments including wire transfers and check runs; maintain payment accuracy and controls Track issued checks, check deposits, and cash activity related to AP Provide cash reporting and forecasting for the Elbit America site to the ESA Corporate team Perform AP accruals and support month-end close activities Perform complex reconciliations, including clearing accounts, advance payments, intercompany balances, and payment variances Support FMRS reporting and the Assistant Controller with reporting validation and reconciliations Manage annual 1099 preparation, validation, and compliance Maintain reconciliation schedules, trackers, and audit documentation Provide overflow operational support and special project support for the AP Manager

Education, Experience/Knowledge & License/Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a significant focus on Accounts Payable Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets) Hands-on 1099 processing experience (preferred)

Solid analytical skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through Strong communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of SOX controls and documentation requirements, and ability to identify control weaknesses
