- Prepare, review, and maintain lender covenant calculations and compliance certificates across the Company’s credit facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to lenders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce accurate and detailed financial, compliance, and project advance (quantity surveyor) reports.
- Monitor daily cash and banking activity for risk and control purposes, escalating exceptions and identifying opportunities to strengthen the control environment.
- Assist in or lead the creation of financial models and reporting dashboards that support covenant monitoring, risk reporting, and compliance oversight.
- Support year-end and interim audits, including the preparation of supporting schedules and compliance documentation.
- Verify the integrity of data sets from a variety of sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability of treasury reporting.
- Support a wide range of treasury-related administrative and operative tasks contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties, including ad hoc analyses, as assigned.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field.
- Has a minimum of 2 - 5 years of professional experience in a related field or role.
- Possesses superb attention to detail.
- Can recognize key risks and will question existing tasks/methodologies with a view to improving overall processes, generating efficiencies, and strengthening the existing control environment.
- Is very comfortable with statistical, financial, or computational modeling.
- Holds advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as visualization tools to create effective charts, tables, and graphs.
- Has demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and/or relational databases.
- Effectively communicates insights to their supervisor or other project stakeholders.
