Treasury Analyst

NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Treasury Analyst to support day-to-day treasury operations, cash activity, banking administration, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone with treasury or accounts payable experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to help build out stronger cash management processes in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Post weekly cash activity and partner with regional teams to ensure transactions are coded accurately
• Support bank administration, including account openings/closures, signer updates, and entitlement changes
• Manage p-card administration, including program updates, user changes, and location-level requests
• Assist with cash flow reporting, lender reporting, AP activity, vendor setup, invoices, payments, and 1099 support

Requirements

• BS/BBA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of treasury, accounts payable, or related finance/accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams
