Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post.Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Treasury Analyst will perform tasks in the following key areas: payments, cash management, bank transaction research, bank accounts management, general ledgers posting of cash transactions, cash forecasting, foreign exchange operations, trade finance, credit card programs and intercompany funding etc.Primary Responsibilities:Execute daily cash duties including processing of outgoing wires, incoming cash transaction recording and research, daily cash position analysisProvide knowledge and support of treasury products and processes to Business UnitManaging opening and closing bank accountsSupport the administration of banking platforms and treasury systemsContribute to execution and confirmation of foreign exchange tradesPreparing and posting month end cash journal entriesReconciling cash pool cash accountsAnalyze and review monthly bank fees and recommend any savings opportunities and efficient methods of controlsGlobal cash forecast consolidation and analysisAssist with internal control SOX related activities and external audit requestsOther Treasury projects and reportingPerform other duties as assignedAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEducation & Experience Qualifications:Functional and Technical Skills: treasury and banking experience, intermediate accounting skillsStrong analytical and Problem-Solving skillsStrong initiative and ability to work independently in a team-based environmentDetail oriented and patienceWorking under pressureWillingness to learn and open to changesCustomer service focus, team player, and good communication skillsAdvance in MS Office, specifically, ExcelBachelor’s degree required and 0-3 years related working experience preferred.
