Treasury Analyst

Job Description:

• Support global corporate bank account administration and treasury operations, including account openings, closures, modifications, and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with banking partners and internal Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure all banking requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage KYC, banking documentation, authorized signatory changes, and account governance activities.
• Track outstanding requests and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable banking requirements.
• Contribute to treasury process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of corporate bank accounts, including opening, closing, modification, and maintenance.
• Coordinate KYC/KYB and bank compliance documentation with banking partners.
• Manage authorized signatory and bank mandate changes.
• Maintain accurate bank account records, documentation, and governance controls.
• Act as a point of contact for banks, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track pending account requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and business teams.
• Support cash management and broader treasury operations.
• Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure activities comply with internal policies and banking regulations.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, Corporate Banking Operations, or a related financial function.
• Hands-on experience with corporate bank account administration.
• Experience with bank account openings/closures, KYC, banking documentation, and signatory maintenance.
• Experience working directly with banking partners or financial institutions.
• Experience managing multiple requests, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Global or multinational treasury experience is preferred.
