Position Description: <\/div>This role will be part of the IT team responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud<\/div>HCM applications, with a primary focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role<\/div>will serve as a strategic liaison between business users, the implementation vendor, Oracle, and<\/div>technical teams. Responsibilities include configuring systems, designing solutions, and providing<\/div>ongoing support to ensure effective and streamlined use of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite.<\/div>The position will also be responsible for evaluating quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM releases,<\/div>assessing business and technical impacts, and coordinating required testing and validation activities<\/div>with business stakeholders.<\/div>We are seeking a candidate with an in -depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly<\/div>Payroll, Benefits, and OTL, along with experience in ERP implementations and long -term application<\/div>support. The ideal candidate is a reliable and collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, committed,<\/div>creative, and customer focused.<\/div>Minimum Qualifications:<\/div>ï· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.<\/div>ï· 10+ years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience.<\/div>ï· 5–7+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) experience with a strong focus on Payroll,<\/div>Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) within Oracle Fusion Cloud.<\/div>ï· 5+ years of experience serving as an HCM Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically<\/div>supporting Payroll, Benefits, and OTL modules.<\/div>ï· Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, including custom fields and Fast Formulas,<\/div>with solid understanding of integrations across Oracle Fusion applications and third -party<\/div>systems—especially as they relate to Payroll, Benefits, and OTL processes.<\/div>ï· Experience leading full project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, testing,<\/div>and deployment for Payroll, Benefits, and OTL implementations or enhancements.<\/div>ï· Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion data model and data dictionary, with the ability to<\/div>translate business requirements into effective solutions across Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor<\/div>functions.<\/div>ï· Excellent collaboration, communication (verbal and written), and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/div>ï· Demonstrated ability and willingness to mentor and support team members across different<\/div>functional and technical domains.<\/div><\/div>Preferred Experience: <\/div>ï· Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion configurations.<\/div>ï· Expertise in security roles, access controls, and workflow setup within Oracle Fusion applications.<\/div>ï· Strong combination of business acumen in Finance, HR, and Payroll with deep technical IT<\/div>knowledge.<\/div>ï· Hands -on experience with Oracle Fusion applications such as ERP and EPM, with strong exposure<\/div>to Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) processes preferred.<\/div>ï· Demonstrated initiative to stay current with evolving technology trends and Oracle Cloud<\/div>advancements.<\/div>ï· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.<\/div>ï· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical and functional<\/div>concepts to both technical and non -technical audiences.<\/div>ï· Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high -quality results with<\/div>minimal supervision in a fast -paced environment.<\/div>Responsibilities:<\/div>ï· In -depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a strong focus on Payroll, Benefits, and<\/div>Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), enabling effective partnership with business SMEs to optimize use of<\/div>the application suite.<\/div>ï· Responsible for configuration, Fast Formulas, custom fields, and overall system performance<\/div>related to Payroll, Benefits, and OTL processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud.<\/div>ï· Review and assess impacts of Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and patch deployments,<\/div>coordinating testing and validation with business teams, particularly for Payroll, Benefits, and OTL<\/div>functionality.<\/div>ï· Lead end -to -end testing for enhancements and production fixes, including development of test<\/div>plans and test scripts specific to Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor processes.<\/div>ï· Design and manage security roles with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, and OTL data access, ensuring<\/div>least -privilege access and conducting regular security audits to identify and remediate risks.<\/div>ï· Proactively monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud application performance, stability, and architecture to<\/div>ensure reliability, integrity, and recoverability of Payroll, Benefits, and OTL services.<\/div>Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and Oracle to manage environment <\/div>maintenance schedules, refreshes, and outages with awareness of Payroll and OTL business<\/div>impacts.<\/div>ï· Design and implement best practices to improve functionality, reliability, and security of Oracle<\/div>Fusion Cloud applications, with emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, and OTL modules.<\/div>ï· Troubleshoot complex issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, partnering with Security,<\/div>Network, Service Desk, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution, especially for Payroll and<\/div>Time & Labor -related issues.<\/div>ï· Develop functional and technical specifications for integrations and peripheral applications that<\/div>interface with Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).<\/div>ï· Document system requirements, process flows, policies, and procedures to support Payroll,<\/div>Benefits, and OTL operations and governance.<\/div>ï· Mentor and train team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with emphasis on Payroll,<\/div>Benefits, and OTL functional and technical knowledge.<\/div><\/span>
