<\/span><\/span><\/div>Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
- Process supplier invoices and support the accounts payable function.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintaining rent schedules for residential properties.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Prepare and maintain accurate bank and account reconciliations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Weekly payroll operations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>- 1 year’s experience in an accounting or finance support role.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage experience an advantage).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
