The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Compliance Manager to join our team. The Trade Compliance Manager will be responsible for coordinating the company’s requirements pertaining to the company’s export licensing and compliance requirements, including the ongoing development, implementation, execution (including training and auditing) and oversight of the company’s export compliance program to the International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Controls (OFAC) and the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR).

The Trade Compliance Manager will serve as the Williams International “empowered official” for ITAR licensing and exemptions to include making the required ITAR certifications to the U.S. State Department Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) by signing export licenses and technical assistance agreements. 

This position is Hybrid. 3 weeks Remote, 1 week on-site per month at our Pontiac, MI HQ.
