The Role:

The Supply Chain function in UÉ manages the end-to-end strategic procurement process through Supply Chain Category Management, Supply Chain Capital Delivery, and Supply Chain Operations.

The Supply Chain Tender Delivery team structure in Uisce Éireann is a specialised model with distinct focus on standardised, efficient execution of Direct, Indirect and Capital tenders, contracts and Oracle P2P activities in line with internal PD02 & PD03 compliance obligations and external EU Procurement Regulations.The team provides Public Procurement leadership for specific category areas across Uisce Éireann and is responsible for mentoring, developing and cross training team members throughout Tender Delivery, to maximize capacity for effective delivery of the Supply Chain Demand Plan. Additionally, they are accountable for procurement compliance.

Reporting to the Tender Delivery Procurement  Indirect Manager, the Tender Delivery Procurement Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient execution of tenders, contracts and P2P activities through best in class standardised and efficient processes.
