Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor by answering tax and accounting questions for clients and internal teams.
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Research, document, and resolve federal and state tax issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships.
- Support small business owners with tax planning strategies and compliance guidance.
- Coordinate effectively with remote team members in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of domestic tax experience or equivalent education.
- Strong knowledge of federal tax law, accounting principles, and tax practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using technology and collaborating with remote teams.
