International Tax Senior Associate
Hybrid | New Jersey or Long Island, NY
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and manage international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118, and 8992
- Advise clients on inbound and outbound international tax matters
- Support international tax planning initiatives, including structuring and repatriation strategies
- Research and analyze international tax developments, including OECD, BEPS, and U.S. tax reform updates
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality client service
- Communicate complex international tax concepts clearly to clients and team members
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support practice growth
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on international tax
- Experience with cross-border transactions, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, and GILTI
- Knowledge of international tax compliance and planning for flow-through entities and individuals
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- CPA required or actively pursuing; JD candidates also encouraged to apply
