What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Tax Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering tax compliance and advisory services to real estate investors and developers. In this role, you’ll lead the preparation and review of partnership tax returns, analyze complex allocations, and support tax planning initiatives while collaborating closely with engagement teams and building strong client relationships. 

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day engagement responsibilities, work directly with clients to gather information and address tax matters, and contribute to consulting projects related to real estate tax strategies. This role provides significant exposure to complex partnership structures and technical tax issues, making it well suited for a tax professional who enjoys taking on greater responsibility while continuing to develop deep expertise in real estate taxation.

Estimated Base Range: $70,000 - $125,000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
