Guardian Tax is hiring sales professionals to work directly with individuals seeking help resolving IRS and tax debt issues. Every conversation comes in with intent, giving you the opportunity to focus on understanding each client’s situation, presenting solutions, and closing business in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
This role is best suited for confident communicators who can manage conversations, overcome objections, and perform consistently in a performance-driven setting where income is directly tied to results.
Compensation & Benefits
- 15% commission on closed deals
- Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
- Top performers: $15,000–$24,000+ per month

Daily Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief options
- Assess client needs and financial situations
- Present clear and effective solutions
- Handle objections and guide conversations toward resolution
- Maintain strong call activity and follow-up consistency
- Close deals in a structured, results-driven process
Work Environment

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
- Full-time, in-office position (Irvine, CA)
Requirements
- At least 6 months of phone-based sales experience
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to build trust and guide conversations toward outcomes
- Comfortable in a high-volume sales environment
- Competitive, consistent, and goal-oriented mindset
