You’ll be helping individuals who are actively seeking solutions for serious IRS and tax debt challenges—no cold calling, just real inbound conversations.

This is a role for people who can build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and guide clients toward the right resolution while maximizing earning potential.

📈 Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
• Build rapport and understand each client’s situation
• Present clear, tailored resolution options
• Handle objections and confidently guide conversations to a close
• Stay consistent with call activity and performance goals
• Contribute to a competitive, team-driven sales floor

🏁 What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of phone-based sales experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced call environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
• Motivated by commission, goals, and performance
• Coachable, reliable, and growth-oriented

📍 Role Details

• Location: Chandler, AZ (In-office)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
