About the Role
We are seeking a Tax Partner to join CRC, a Springline company, and serve as a senior leader within a growing, relationship-driven tax practice. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional who can lead complex client engagements, develop and mentor team members, and help shape the continued growth of the practice as part of a larger, expanding firm. You’ll oversee key client relationships, support business development, strengthen operational consistency, and contribute to firmwide strategy while preserving the trusted client service and collaborative culture that define us.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and review complex tax engagements across individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses
- Provide technical guidance on tax planning, compliance, multi-state filings, and advisory matters
- Manage and deepen client relationships while delivering high-quality service
- Mentor, coach, and develop tax staff, managers, and senior leaders
- Oversee workflow, deadlines, and quality standards across a high-volume practice
- Contribute to firm leadership, strategic planning, and operational improvements
- Support business development efforts, including networking and community engagement
- Participate in partner-level decision-making and governance
- Integrate, manage, and grow a book of business
About You
- CPA designation required
- 10+ years of public accounting experience with strong technical depth
- Prior leadership, partner-track, or partner-level experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and estate taxation
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals, multi-entity structures, and a wide range of industries
- Comfortable leading teams, reviewing complex work, and managing engagements
- Collaborative, steady, and aligned with a relationship-driven culture
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and staff
- Someone who values community presence and hands-on leadership
- Interested in growing or transitioning an existing book of business

Our compensation is competitive and based on experience, leadership scope, technical expertise, partner readiness, and contributions to firm growth. The base range is $180,000 – $220,000 annually, plus performance and role-based incentives.
