Tax Manager

About Us

We are a 25-person CPA firm that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility while still maintaining in-office collaboration a few days per week. Serve a diverse client base including closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate clients. Seeking someone with real estate tax experience who also enjoys working in a generalist capacity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and prepare tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S)
• Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
• Provide tax planning and advisory services
• Work with real estate clients (partnerships, K-1s, property owners)
• Handle multi-state tax matters
• Mentor and review work of staff and seniors
• Collaborate with partners on more complex engagements

What We’re Looking For

• CPA license required
• 5–10+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong background in individual and business tax
• Experience with real estate clients preferred
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Strong communication and client management skills
