Our growing public accounting firm is seeking a CPA or Tax Manager with a generalist background to join a collaborative, client-focused team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, handling a variety of tax engagements, and being part of a smaller firm environment with long-term growth potential.
The firm serves individuals and closely held businesses and continues to expand through acquisitions and organic growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or review:
- Individual returns (1040)
- Partnership returns (1065)
- S-Corp returns (1120S)
- C-Corp returns (1120)
- Work directly with clients and business owners
- Assist with tax planning and advisory projects
- Support accounting-related projects as needed
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of public accounting experience
- CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Experience with both individual and business returns
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Comfortable in a hands-on, generalist environment
