Progressive, employee-centric CPA firm with a fantastic team of partners has a newly created opening for a Tax Manager. This role is open due to the growth of the firm.

Working closely with the Managing Partners, the Tax Manager will oversee and review tax returns for individuals, business & trusts. The Tax Manager will have 1-2 Tax Staff members reporting to them and supporting their client base.

Ideal candidates have an MST, CPA (a plus) and 5+ years of tax prep / review experience, ideally with individuals, trusts and corporations.

This firm is well-established and growing. The team is open to an individual who wants to grow to be Partner one day OR someone who is just looking for a fantastic firm to stay long-term.

The team is looking for someone who is willing to work in-office in Woburn several days a week for the first ~3 months to learn the team's processes and build relationships. Once established, this role can work more remotely, and commute into the office less frequently.

Requirements:

• BS, Accounting
• MST (preferred)
• CPA (preferred)
• 5 - 15 years of tax experience
• Strong tax review experience
• Experience with individual, corporate & trust tax returns
• Federal and state tax return experience
• Strong people mentorship experience or eagerness to develop those skills
