Tax Manager
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Compensation: $105,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
A growing public accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its Jupiter, Florida office. What You’ll Do
- Manage the preparation and review of individual, partnership, S-Corp, and other entity tax returns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing proactive tax guidance and solutions
- Conduct tax research for complex or unique client situations
- Build strong internal relationships and collaborate across teams
- Provide direction, coaching, and development to associates
- Mentor team members as they grow in their careers
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional firm services to existing clients
- Participate in activities that support firm growth and new business development
- Deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience on every engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
- Active CPA license required
- MST is a plus
- Strong experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and business entity tax returns
- Experience reviewing tax returns and managing client engagements
- Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Interest in coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and solutions
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement
