Responsibilities
- Review complex tax returns across multiple entity types
- Delegate tax preparation and research tasks to staff and seniors
- Prepare complex business income tax returns
- Provide tax consulting, planning, and projection services to clients
- Assume full client service responsibility for assigned accounts
- Develop, mentor, and support staff members in their professional growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
- Current CPA license required
- 4–7 years of public accounting experience
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Proficiency with tax automation and workflow software a plus
- Strong communication skills — clear, proactive, and client-focused
