Roles and Responsibilities✅ Review & Approve complex tax returns with technical precision.✅ Manage Large Tax Filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance by delegating tasks effectively.✅ Advise Clients with advanced tax knowledge, providing strategic guidance.✅ Oversee Tax Research Projects and handle governmental tax examinations.✅ Supervise & Train tax staff, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.✅ Represent Clients before taxing authorities to resolve tax-related matters.
Job Requirements
🔹 5-7 years of experience in public accounting with progressive tax complexity.🔹 Minimum 1 year supervising tax preparers.🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.🔹 Active CPA License (Required).🏢 Hybrid Work Model – 2-3 days onsite
