Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to lead corporate tax engagements, supervise projects and drive client growth. The ideal candidate is technically strong in corporate taxation, thrives under tight deadlines, is detail oriented and possesses a client-focused, sales minded approach to relationship management
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review corporate returns including multi-state filings.
Oversee and prepare individual returns as needed.
Provide strategic tax planning, research and compliance support for clients.
Supervise, mentor and develop tax staff and associates.
Identify and pursue cross-selling and business development opportunities to expand client relationships and firm revenue.
Strong financial statement understanding to review and support accounting staff and ensure financials are accurate and ready for tax preparation.
Collaborate on process improvements, work flow management and operational efficiencies.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
5+ years minimum of corporate tax experience
Strong knowledge of corporate tax-preparation, planning and research.
Strong accounting knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work with urgency in high-volume environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule
Annual Salary $100,000+ depending on experience
