Tax Manager
We are currently seeking a talented Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will have a
role in global tax compliance, provision calculations, sales tax, teleco tax, R&D, transfer pricing,
audits, research, and ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate U.S. Federal and state tax compliance filings.
Prepare and review provision calculations to accurately reflect tax liabilities.
Conduct research and analysis related to R&D credits and Section 174 deductions.
Assist in transfer pricing documentation and analysis.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage sales tax and teleco tax compliance.
Facilitate audit resolution and respond to tax inquiries from authorities.
Conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
6-10 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably with mix of public accounting and
corporate experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong deadline orientation and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
