The Opportunity
As an FMRE Tax - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to financial markets and tax consulting within our Assurance practice. You will support teams by participating in projects that enhance your understanding of financial reporting and decision-making processes. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments. Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in delivering financial market assurance services
- Participating in projects focused on financial reporting and decision-making
- Conducting research and basic tasks to assist in audit and advisory services
- Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC practices
- Applying accounting policies and compliance with accounting standards in tasks
- Engaging in economic forecasting and financial analysis to support client needs
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with team members to navigate complex financial instruments and market challenges
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Taxation
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA

- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment

- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application
