What You'll Lead
Strategic Client Advisory - Serve as the trusted advisor for complex middle-market clients by delivering proactive tax planning, solving sophisticated business challenges, and helping clients protect and create long-term value.
Practice Leadership - Lead engagement teams while developing Managers, Senior Associates, and Staff through coaching, delegation, succession planning, and technical leadership.
Practice Growth - Strengthen existing client relationships, cultivate referral sources, participate in networking and speaking opportunities, and contribute to expanding the firm's market presence and advisory capabilities.
Operational Excellence - Improve engagement profitability, strengthen project management, embrace AI-enabled technologies, and identify innovative ways to improve quality, efficiency, and the client experience.
What We're Looking For
- CPA required.
- Approximately 8–12+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
- Deep expertise in partnership, pass-through, corporate, and closely held business taxation.
- Proven success leading complex client engagements.
- Experience mentoring and developing leaders.
- Demonstrated business development and relationship-building success.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients and colleagues grow.
