As part of the U.S. Consolidated Group, which generates more than $9 billion in annual revenue, the organization operates in a complex multinational business environment.   The Tax Director will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for leading U.S. and international tax planning, compliance, reporting, and risk management activities, while supporting cross-border transactions, financing structures, cash repatriation, treasury initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, insurance arrangements, and other key business operations.   This is an onsite role based in New Haven, CT.
