SUMMARY:
Our Tax Solutions Department consistently strives for service excellence. Client Service Representatives support tax advisors and consistently deliver an exceptional tax client experience.
This position is Non-Exempt hourly position with the range $29/hour to $30.77/hour. This position will be onsite in the Vancouver, WA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering exceptional service experiences with every phone, video conference and face-to-face client interaction
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments for the tax advisor team
- Managing and reviewing calendars for tax advisors and preparing appropriate materials based on upcoming appointments
- Completing all aspects of new client account onboarding
- Organize and prepare client tax documents for tax advisors’ use in tax preparation
- Assemble and deliver client tax returns
- Ability to handle multiple tax advisors’ client list and complex service situations
- Focusing on quality and accuracy of work
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of tax or financial services industry and client service experience preferred
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily
- Flexibility and embraces change
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong team player and approachable
- High degree of professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow systems; experience with Intuit Lacerte preferred
- BS/BA degree preferred
