Each day as a tax professional looks a little different, so if you value variety, this role may be a great fit for you.- Work on a variety of assignments such as preparing tax returns, communicating with taxing authorities, drafting memos, and attending client meetings
- Collaborate with professionals across levels from associates to partners who bring diverse skill sets and expertise to client matters
- Engage in regular discussions with colleagues to exchange ideas, ask questions, and receive feedback
- Attend training sessions to strengthen your technical knowledge and learn how to best serve clients
- Participate in firm social events to build relationships and feel connected to your Frazier & Deeter community
- Learn from your buddy mentor who supports you throughout your first year, answers questions, and helps you navigate the firm
- Show a positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills and think strategically when approaching assignments
- Communicate professionally through clear written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and follow through on responsibilities
- Embrace honest feedback and remain open to giving and receiving it
- Use Microsoft Office tools effectively including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Hold an undergraduate degree in accounting
- Be eligible to sit for the CPA exam
