Our Tax practice is seeking an associate with three to five years of post-JD experience to join our Boston or New York office. We will consider candidates in other locations where we have an office.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Experience with transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity).
- Experience with partnership/LLC and joint ventures experience a plus.
- Strong research and writing skills required.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
