Our Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of three (3) interviews.

As a full-time team member of the firm, you will be eligible to participate in several firm sponsored benefits. In addition, you will be entitled to accrue paid time off - starting at 120 hours each calendar year. We also close our office for 7 holidays, and have a floating holiday available for use as well.

Job Summary:

The Tax & Accounting Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing financial reporting, tax

compliance, and division operations while guiding a team toward excellence. The ideal Tax & Accounting Manager is a proactive leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent people management and client relationship skills. This individual thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats within a growing firm.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and maintain strict regulatory compliance. As a proactive communicator, the manager fosters transparency and collaboration across departments. They lead with empathy and accountability, motivating team members to achieve both professional goals and key performance indicators. This individual is adept at navigating interpersonal dynamics and resolving issues with fairness and integrity, creating a positive and productive team environment.
