How You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting tax compliance across the business. You’ll contribute to core tax responsibilities and have the opportunity to expand your skillset into treasury functions over time. What You’ll Do

• Assist with the preparation of sales and use tax returns and other indirect tax filings across multiple states

• Support audits, tax notices, and compliance efforts by gathering documentation and maintaining organized records

• Perform reconciliations and assist with tracking and reporting activities

• Provide day-to-day support for tax processes and special projects as needed

• Gain exposure to treasury operations, including wire initiation, bank access management, and maintaining banking records

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree

• Approximately 1 year of experience in tax, accounting, or a related role preferred

• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas and organize data effectively

• Foundational understanding of tax or accounting concepts, with an interest in developing deeper tax expertise

• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a dependable, team-oriented approach
