Tax Advisory Services Manager
Lakewood, NJ
Responsibilities
- Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for entities and individuals
- Identify tax issues and planning opportunities for clients
- Provide strategic tax guidance to healthcare organizations
- Lead and mentor tax staff and senior team members
- Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining quality standards
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to deliver strong client service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience serving healthcare clients is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and client management skills
