Position Summary:
Your Impact (Essential Duties)
- Provide administrative support to service line leaders and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with the planning of department events, trainings, and key deadlines.
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and client deliverables.
- Assist with time entry review, billing preparation, and project tracking to support accurate and timely client service.
- Maintain department records, files, and systems in alignment with firm policies and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with client relationship management, including maintaining contact information and CRM data.
- Collaborate with firmwide administrative and operations teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across departments.
- Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
Your Background
- Associate’s degree in business administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Professional services or
- accounting firm experience strongly preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and client service excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CCH Axcess, or similar software a plus.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to a positive team culture.
