Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Tax Administrative Associate to become the right hand to our Director of Tax Strategy. You'll serve as the organizational hub of the Tax Department by coordinating schedules, tracking projects, gathering client information, performing tax research, assisting with tax preparation, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from chaos, takes initiative without being asked, follows through relentlessly, deadline driven, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to obtain missing information. If you're someone who enjoys being indispensable to a fast-moving team while continuing to grow your tax knowledge, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:

· Experience preparing Forms 1040, 1120S, 1065, 1120 and 1041
· Experience with IRS correspondence
What We Offer
· Competitive weekly pay (paid every Friday)
· Long-term career growth opportunities
· Mentorship from experienced tax professionals
· Exposure to advanced tax planning, IRS representation, trusts, and advisory services
· A collaborative team committed to continuous learning
· The opportunity to help build and shape a growing Tax Department from the ground up
