The team partners closely with firm leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, efficiency, and professionalism across daily operations. By maintaining strong systems, processes, and relationships, the administrative team helps enable the firm to operate smoothly, scale effectively, and deliver an exceptional internal client experience.  About the Role  The Administrative Assistants provide direct administrative support to professionals within assigned service groups and serve as a critical operational partner in supporting day-to-day business activities. This role is essential to ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and seamless coordination across service group operations. Administrative Assistants play a key role in anticipating needs, maintaining organization, and enabling leaders to focus on client service and strategic priorities.  This role may not be for you: If you prefer narrowly defined responsibilities, limited collaboration, or work that does not require frequent multitasking, proactive problem-solving, or direct support of senior leaders.  This role may be for you: If you enjoy supporting leadership, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs, and contributing to smooth operations through attention to detail and strong follow-through.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities  The essential duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant role are outlined below in correlation with Dean Dorton’s performance management impact areas.  Technical  Definition: Your specialized knowledge and expertise associated with the work you perform for/with clients (note: clients may be internal to Dean Dorton).
