Health Monitor Network (HMN), a portfolio company of Gridiron Capital, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to serve as the CFO's principal strategic partner and the senior-most FP&A leader in the organization. This is an enterprise-level role accountable for building and leading a best-in-class financial planning & analysis function, driving corporate development and M&A strategy, and translating financial insight into the strategic decisions that shape HMN's growth, profitability, and value-creation trajectory under private equity ownership.

The SVP of Finance will operate as a true business partner to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team — not simply producing analysis, but shaping strategy, challenging assumptions, and driving the financial narrative presented to the Board of Directors and Gridiron Capital. This individual will build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, elevate the company's planning and analytical infrastructure, and serve as a key architect of HMN's path to its next stage of growth, including evaluation and integration of acquisitions such as the recent D+R Lathian transaction.

The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A leadership experience, a track record of strategic business partnership at the executive level, prior exposure to private equity ownership and reporting rigor, and the gravitas to operate credibly with the CEO, CFO, Board, and sponsor.
