This important role will execute Virginia Housing's first formal Supplier Management and Third-Party Risk program. As the organization's subject matter expert, the Enterprise Supplier Risk Analyst will oversee the entire vendor lifecycle—from sourcing support and due diligence through onboarding, performance monitoring, and offboarding—ensuring suppliers meet contractual, operational, cybersecurity, financial, and regulatory requirements. The position will design supplier governance frameworks, implement risk-tiering methodologies, and drive compliance with industry standards such as SOC 1/SOC 2, PCI, and ISO 27001. Working closely with Legal, Information Security, Risk, and business stakeholders, this role safeguards Virginia Housing's operations while delivering supplier value and mitigating third-party risks.
