Supervisor, Alternative Fund Accounting

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Alternative Fund Accounting professional to join a growing, global financial services organisation.

Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll supervise the day-to-day delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of complex Alternative Investment Funds while mentoring junior colleagues and building strong relationships with clients.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for a Senior Fund Accountant ready to take the next step into leadership, or an existing Supervisor looking to join a business with genuine long-term career opportunities.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Supervise the production and review of complex NAVs.
• Work with sophisticated Alternative Investment structures including Private Equity, Credit and other alternative assets.
• Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Participate in new fund launches and operational improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to complex fund structures, partnership agreements and regulatory reporting.
• Build the leadership experience needed to progress into management.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• 4+ years' experience within Alternative Fund Accounting.
• Experience reviewing NAVs and fund accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Private Equity, Credit, Closed-End Funds or Alternative Investments.
• Experience reviewing management and performance fee calculations.
• Strong understanding of Trial Balance and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Previous mentoring, coaching or supervisory experience would be highly advantageous.
• ACCA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
