Summer Internship Program | Corporate, Enterprise Core Track: Accounting, Finance, Credit, Events

Make IT Personal at TD SYNNEX through our Early Careers Summer Internship Program. This 10-week Corporate, Enterprise Core Track is an experience designed for business students who are ready to sharpen their analytical and financial skills, explore corporate career pathways, and contribute to meaningful work across a global IT distributor.

This application is for students interested in Accounting, Finance, Credit, and Events. Applicants will be asked to indicate their preferred area of interest when applying.

The program runs 10 weeks, full time, beginning May 17, 2027, with internships hosted in Greenville, SC and Clearwater, FL.

Each internship is aligned to a department and business function, giving students the opportunity to apply classroom learning to real corporate projects in reporting, analysis, risk, and people operations. Interns will build professional networks through senior leader speaker sessions, peer engagement events, job shadowing, and exposure to the business operations behind a global IT distribution company.

What We Are Looking For

• Pursuing a business-related major, including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources or Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Current undergraduate student with junior standing or above by summer 2027, including May 2027 graduates
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
• Available to work full time, 40 hours per week, for the full 10-week program
• Able to work from one of the listed locations on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with comfort building and working in spreadsheets
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, and an interest in using technology to improve reporting accuracy and business outcomes
• Detail orientation and comfort working with numbers, documentation, and confidential information
• Interest in contributing to a values-driven culture guided by Together, We Own It; We Dare to Go; We Grow and Win; and We Do the Right Thing

Example Duties and Projects

Accounting Intern

• Assist with core accounting activities, including journal entries, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including participation in month-end and year-end close processes
• Help maintain accurate ledgers and accounting records while contributing to audits and ad hoc business projects
• Example project: support a month-end close process for a business unit, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements

Finance Intern

• Process vendor transactions accurately and on schedule while following internal controls
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to research invoice discrepancies and support timely payment resolution
• Reconcile vendor accounts and review aged receivables to help maintain account health and reduce financial risk
• Maintain documentation and vendor records to support audit readiness and operational accuracy
• Example project: complete a vendor account reconciliation, validate invoice activity, resolve discrepancies, and present recommendations to improve process efficiency and vendor relationships

Credit Intern

• Review new account credit applications and evaluate creditworthiness using financial documentation and internal systems
• Support fraud detection and risk mitigation by identifying potential concerns in credit applications
• Partner with credit analysts to support decision-making and recommend appropriate credit terms
• Example project: support a credit application workflow from document review and fraud screening through final recommendation, then present findings and efficiency opportunities

Events Intern

• Support corporate and vendor events end to end, from planning and logistics through onsite execution
• Build and send internal promotional communications that drive registration and engagement for events
• Partner with teams across the business and with external vendor partners to coordinate event details
• Apply attention to attendee experience and event design, the details that make an event memorable
• Example project: own an event operations project from research and outreach through rollout, then present time savings and engagement results

Selected interns will complete a background check before the program begins.

Housing may be available in Greenville, SC, for eligible students
