- Location: Richmond, VA (Primary).
- Work Model: Hybrid (Tue/Wed/Thu in-office required).
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $150,000.

🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Monitor RMBS market conditions including spreads, supply/demand, and liquidity.
- Model prepayment speeds, collateral characteristics, and macro drivers.
- Automate recurring analytical workflows using SQL, Python, or R.
- Produce P&L attribution, key risk dashboards, and scenario analysis for senior leadership.
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in securitized products, the mortgage market, or fixed income.
- Expertise in mortgage analytics tools such as Intex, Bloomberg, or Aladdin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Intellectually curious with a high "say-do ratio".
