What you´ll do
What if your first job out of school wasn't just a "starting point," but a launchpad? Where you weren't just observing decisions — you were making them?
The Strategic Procurement Associate Program: a 24-month accelerated leadership journey built for ambitious early-career professionals who want more than a training rotation. You'll dive straight into real projects, work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders across the globe, and help shape the future of our Adhesive Technologies business — one of the most dynamic corners of a truly global enterprise.
This isn't a program that eases you in. It's one that bets on you from the start.
Over 24 months, you'll rotate through the heart of Strategic Procurement and Category Management, building a skill set most people take years to develop:
- Own real projects — lead initiatives that deliver measurable value across our global business, not just support them
- Work cross-functionally — partner daily with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, R&D, and Commercial teams
- Master the craft — build deep expertise in supplier management, sourcing strategy, market analysis, and cost optimization
- Build a global network — engage directly with senior leaders and top management across functions and regions
- Grow with intention — get structured mentoring, hands-on coaching, and regular feedback designed to accelerate your trajectory
- Learn alongside peers — join a cohort of fellow trainees who will become lifelong professional allies
From day one, your ideas carry weight. Your projects carry stakes. Your growth is the whole point.
Why Procurement? Why Now?
Procurement isn't the back office anymore — it's where business strategy actually gets executed.
Every sourcing decision you influence, every supplier relationship you help build, every cost model you optimize — it ripples outward into innovation, sustainability, and competitive advantage for the entire business. Few early-career roles put you this close to the decisions that actually move a company forward.
