About the Job

The Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager’s primary role is to drive business performance by translating financial data into actionable insights that inform decisions across the organization. This role goes beyond reporting into active ownership of business insights, identifying issues, framing decisions, and influencing outcomes across the organization. You will partner closely with the CFO and operational leaders to improve decision-making in areas such as pricing, operations, and strategic investments. As CDS scales, the quality of our financial decision-making will be a key differentiator. This role will help shape how the company evaluates growth, manages cost structure, and allocates capital across markets, customers, and initiatives. While the role supports the financial close and reporting process, its primary focus is forward-looking analysis, business performance, and decision support.

Travel

Little to no travel is expected for this position.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses office equipment such as computers, scanners, copiers, and telephones. This position also operates near a warehouse environment, however only trained personally are permitted to access the warehouse environment while observing all safety procedures.

Total Compensation is $115,000 – $130,000 annually, comprised of a base salary and variable bonus plan.
