Location & Schedule

The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. In this position you can expect to work at least 3 days in office at the Wellington Webb Building (201 W Colfax). The schedule for this position is typically Monday-Friday, with the option of a flex schedule. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

What You’ll Bring

The Accounting Division of DOTI is seeking full-time Staff Assistant! We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual who excels at internal and external communications along with managing and organizing new processes related to Accounting and Administrative functions. Specifically, as a Staff Assistant you will:

Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience, skills, and characteristics:

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education requirement: Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.

Experience Requirement: Four (4) years of experience performing specialized and/or technical office support work of the type and at the level of Administrative Support Assistant IV.

Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of education may be substituted for each required year experience.
