Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review invoice registers to ensure correct G/L coding
- Update monthly project schedules, loan & interest schedules
- Maintain General Ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Provide year-end reports & schedule for annual audits
- Research and reclassify expense accounts
- Assist accounting department as needed
Education and Experience Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- 1-3 years of related Accountant work experience.
Knowledge/Skills Requirement(s):
- Extensive problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and confidentiality in daily operations.
- Excellent database and reporting expertise, including advanced Excel, Outlook; Yardi is a plus.
- RealPage and Onesite accounting is a plus
- Property Accountant Experience required
