Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do

As our Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting functions and month-end close activities. Responsibilities include:

•  Preparing and posting journal entries during the month-end close
•  Reconciling balance sheet accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
•  Managing daily bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and cash postings
•  Preparing and filing monthly sales tax returns
•  Creating and distributing sales commission and royalty reports
•  Processing and posting Concur transactions and related reporting
•  Assisting the Controller with corporate reporting and special financial projects
•  Collaborating cross-functionally to improve processes and solve problems proactively
•  Supporting continuous improvement through training and professional development

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
