Growing construction and management firm is looking for a Staff Accountant who is eager and excited to build their career. This is a full-cycle accounting role on a small team and is designed for someone early in their career who wants meaningful responsibility from day one.
What You Will Do
You will handle day-to-day accounting across a portfolio of entities. You'll work on accruals, AP, AR, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end close support. You will work on a small team that is invested in helping you learn and grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Solid grasp of the accounting cycle: AP, AR, journal entries, reconciliations, close
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Positive attitude, desire to learn, eager to grow
- 0-4 years of professional accounting experience
Pluses
- NetSuite experience
- Multi-entity accounting exposure
- Some exposure to Construction, real estate, or property accounting (internship experience considered)

- Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
