Job Title: Entry-Level Staff Accountant
Location: Earth City, Missouri
Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000
About the Opportunity:
Snelling Talent Partners is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Earth City area to identify an Entry-Level Staff Accountant. This position offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting while working alongside an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support general accounting functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Maintain and organize financial records
- Provide support for accounts payable and receivable processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Early career experience in accounting or finance (internships or 0–3 years)
- CPA not required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
